Country-pop and actor song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame in the world of television when she joined the team of One Tree Hill as Alex in its final three seasons. Her first few releases as a singer-songwriter appeared on the episodes of the show that helped her debut album, titled "Eponymous," to make it into the Top 20 of the Billboard 200. Thirty One from 2015 reached the top ten spot. The singer ended the decade with appearances on Dancing with the Stars and in several TV movies alongside several singles from her non-album album. Voices is a self-doubting record released in 2021. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native that was raised in the country genre. Although she pursued a recording and acting career however, her screen debut took place in the independent horror movie Dead/Undead (2002) when she was still at high school. Through the years Kramer was a regular on a variety of shows, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the recurring role as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights' 2nd season (2007-2008). Kramer was cast in the role of Portia Ranson in 90210 from 2008 to 2009 and Brooke Manning on Entourage 2009 prior to joining the ensemble of the The CW's One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre in the year 2009, where she continued to appear until the finale season in 2012. Jana Kramer During her run on the show Kramer was signed to a contract as a singer for her record label Elektra Records and debuted the contemporary love song for country music I Won't Stop on an episode in 2011 on One Tree Hill. It later appeared on her full-length debut Jana Kramer in mid-2012. The song made it to into the Top Five on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. She focused on her musical career, but she also continued acting and starred in films which enticed her fans, such as Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016. The second album of Kramer's Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15th, 2015. I Got the Boy - a Top Five Country hit - and Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped her album make it to the top ten spot on the Billboard 200. Her two-month appearance on the Dancing with the Stars 23rd edition ended with her finishing in fourth place. It was also the year that she landed an adult contemporary hit, with Feels like Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
